I have had a love of engineering and technology from as far back as I can remember.
I graduated in mechanical engineering and started my career as a robotics engineer in the automotive industry before taking further studies and moved into software development for robots.
What I discovered is that I love developing high performing teams to build great products and services and so this eventual led me to focus on project management of software development, engineering R&D and new product development.
Since the ChatGPT moment, I recognised that this new technology could help manage project more effectively and help businesses deliver more value and more quickly.
I dived headlong into the new area exploring what was possible over the last two years, producing tools and automations and speaking and hearing from experts.
I've been involved in project rescue and turnaround with over 15 years of experience. I've worked with budgets from £20K to greater than 25 million. My biggest win so far would be to rescue an R&D project, which cost £28 million and resulted in a new product with a sales of £248 million pounds in 12 months. And a £1 billion in sales in the following year. I was also able to get the development time reduced from four years down to two years.
I have now added AI to a range of techniques that I had previously developed.

One of the most exciting projects I’ve led was the creation of an AI voice agent that acts as a virtual receptionist: taking bookings, handling enquiries, and integrating directly into business systems. Tools like this not only streamline operations but also free up staff to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional customer service.
